At SparkleStay Solutions, we pride ourselves on transparent, all-inclusive pricing. There are no hidden fees or surprises — you know exactly what you are paying for.

Management Service

Fee: 15% + GST 

Our full-service management covers everything from creating listings, guest communication, cleaning coordination, laundry management, restocking essentials, damage reporting, and GST payment or GST Remittance. All operational costs are included — no additional listing fees, service fees, holiday cleaning fees, or call-out fees.

Maintenance & Handyman Service

Fee: $60/hour + GST

Our in-house maintenance team, led by Andrea, delivers Italian-quality craftsmanship in every repair, installation, and seasonal upkeep. Whether it’s fixing taps, installing furniture, customising spaces, or seasonal tasks like window washing and heat pump servicing, the hourly fee covers skilled labour and project management. Materials, if required, are charged separately. There are no vehicle charges, phone charges, admin fees, or hidden fees.

No Lost Income:

Our maintenance team works efficiently between guest check-out and check-in, or, if needed, the management.

Airbnb Hosting Consultant

Fee: $200/session + GST (max 1 hour)

Our consulting service is designed for both new and existing hosts. It includes a detailed, actionable report with a minimum of 5 practical action points to improve your listing and maximise bookings. Perfect for owners who prefer to manage their rentals themselves but want expert guidance to increase performance immediately.

Airbnb laundry & Cleaning Service

The Airbnb cleaning fee depends on the size and layout of your property. To provide an accurate quote, please contact us with:

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Location, and whether the property has a car park
• Or simply send us your listing link if you have one

We will provide a precise quote within 15 minutes, so you know exactly what to expect.
